Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dragan Industrial Services ETU-4MG03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Duff-norton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eae parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dynapar product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Duff-norton such as the MPB690512 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SBDE51 manufactured by Eae and we are pleased to be able to service most Eae systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HS350060H3010 by Manufacturer Dynapar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dynics Brand WX15PTPIX3I161XPL8NXXZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dspace such as 14011501 equipment made by Dspace have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dspace products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dspace" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LS251B5TN12 made by Duff-norton as well as the popular MPB69056 original spares produced by Duff-norton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M275018G by Duff-norton and 14011501 spares by Dspace are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SX3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dwyer.
